La doccia aveva una tenda al posto del box per cui dopo l'utilizzo il bagno si allagava, il materasso della camera matrimoniale ed il divano letto non erano proprio comodi.

- abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e fresco - posizione strategica, in 2 minuti entri in Kamenjak, e dista 10min a piedi al centro di premantura - proprietario gentile - trovi tutto quello che serve, include una macchina caffe e la lavatrice

- il letto era un po' troppo morbido - se la lampada del bagno fosse piu' luminosa sarebbe top

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Claudia in Premantura and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The first thing that impressed us was the exceptional cleanliness. The apartment was absolutely spotless—every room, every corner, every drawer was impeccably clean. For us, cleanliness is one of the most important aspects when choosing accommodation, and Villa Claudia exceeded our expectations. The apartment was also much more spacious than we expected. It offered a comfortable bedroom, a generous living room with a well-equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom, giving us plenty of space to relax. Everything was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and having a washing machine and drying rack was very convenient after spending time at the beach. A real highlight was the outdoor area. Being able to enjoy breakfast or dinner at the private table outside, with the lovely garden and seating area just in front, made our stay even more enjoyable, especially during the warm summer evenings. The mosquito screens on the windows and the provided electric mosquito repellent were also thoughtful touches that we really appreciated. Although we didn't have the chance to meet the owners in person, the communication with the property manager was outstanding. Every question we had was answered almost immediately, and the service was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. We also appreciated the flexibility of a slightly later check-out, which was a very kind gesture. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. The apartment is spacious, exceptionally clean, fully equipped, and managed with great care. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Claudia to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Premantura.

The location is fantastic! It is in a quiet neighbourhood, but also just a short walk to the middle of the village. The apartment was SUPER CLEAN.

Lack of hot water in the shower. Less than 5 minutes of lukewarm water. BUT an abundance of hot water in the sink next to the shower and the kitchen. Bathed in water from a bucket all week. Not ideal. Did not have all the ammenities listed. DID NOT HAVE: Iron, toaster, Radio, Games/Puzzles, DVDs, BBQ.
