Exceptional
The flat was really nicely located, close to the city center (5 mins walking) but also within walking distance (20 mins walking) from the beach. Rooms were big and bed were cosy. It was really quiet at night, enjoyed the stay and got well rested. The terrace is lovely and fresh. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Great stay in a great place kept by a wonderful host!
We rented the top floor where there is a comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. it has AC and a terrace. You have enough kitchen equipment to cook for a family of 4. The location is very good, close to shops and some beaches. A few minutes by car to the natural park Kamenjak. There is free parking available on the site. The owner is a wonderful host!
Essentials were missing even though they were advertised on the website. I think the owner would provide if asked, but I am the kind of person that doesn’t like to ask for things. So if you are like me , bring your own towels, soap, hair drier, etc. It was cleanish. Mosquito nets would make a big difference.

Exceptional
The location is fantastic, right in the village of Premantura, the appartment was clean and spacious with a balcony facing the nice garden. Mr. Luciano is a caring and kind host, always willing to help and give advises about the area.

Za nás velké zklamání, apartmán je opravdu nedostatečně vybavený.
Dobrá poloha, příjemná stíněná terasa, přátelský majitel ubytování.
Velmi staré a nedostatečné vybavení. Apartmán je vybavený starou kuchyní, zcela chyběl odkapávač na nádobí, saponát nebo třeba i misky, ve sprchovém koutě byla plíseň, toaletní papír jen jedna rulička na celý pobyt a tři malé ručníky, žádné osušky, chybělo mýdlo na ruce. V oknech nejsou sítě a zároveň není klimatizace, takže při větrání je ložnice naprosto plná komárů. Dokupovali jsme elektrický odpuzovač komárů, protože syn měl po první noci štípance po celém těle (opravdu skoro 100 štípanců), toaletní papír a mýdlo. vyžádali jsme si druhou sadu ručníků (ale byly to malé ručníky, velikosti ručníků na ruce). V dnešní době opravdu nedostačující vybavení.

Nur die Lage. Der Vermieter war freundlich und bemüht.
Entspricht bei weitem nicht dem heutigen Standard. Alte, modrige Und kaputte Möbel. Temperaturen in der Wohnung höher als draußen. Die Wohnung war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. In den Küchenschränken war schmuddelig. Der Grill war bemüllt, voller leerer Dosen und Flaschen. Im Hof waren auch viele leere Flaschen, Sperrmüll. Der Vermieter ist ein Messi.
