A perfectly located, beautifully equipped apartment with great hosts!

An exceptional stay – everything you could want from a holiday rental! The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly well equipped – probably the best kitchen we’ve ever seen in a vacation apartment. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, and they kindly allowed us to store our bikes in the basement. The location is perfect: right in the center of Premantura, with a grocery store just around the corner and great restaurants literally on the doorstep. It’s also an ideal starting point for exploring Cape Kamenjak. We were traveling with a small child, and were pleasantly surprised to find a baby crib already set up – such thoughtful hospitality! We had a truly wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Great apartment at great location

Great location, close to the bakery, shop and restaurants. Also, walking distance to the beach. Apartment was super clean and comfy, with all kitchen appliances you may need. Hosts are were friendly and helpful. Over all good value for money, I would recommend.

Comfortable appartment in the very center, you can find 2 restaurants, market and other shops just downstairs. However, the street is not too busy, it is quiet most of the time.

All the lights in the appartment were too bright, we had to cover lamps with our clothes.

Perfect place to stay near Kamenjak

Very well equipt apartment, big balony with place to sit. In the neighbourhood 2 restaurants, 2 min walk to the shop and bakery. 20min walk to Kamenjak. Kind and helpful host.

Spotless house in a good location in Premantura

The central location in Premantura was great, and being on a one way street meant it was quiet at night. The house was spotless and roomy with two bedrooms and a comfortable living space.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We may have missed it somewhere, but a clothes drier would be really handy for drying beach things on the sunny balcony.

Spacious and clean apartment

The apartment was spacious, very clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the necessities, the hosts even left a small bottle of wine in the fridge. The balcony was big enough and especially pleasant in the mornings, when the sun was still hiding behind the trees. There were enough towels, a nice bathroom. We were glad to have the airconditioning. A great place to stay.

Everything was really great. We had the view to the sea only from the bedroom window though, because the view from the balcony was probably hindered by a newly built building across the street.

Uns war eine spontane und kurzfristige Anreise möglich. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattete und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage aber dennoch zentral. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen !

Wir haben nur 2 Tage (mitten in der Woche) in dem Apartment übernachtet. Der Kontakt zur deutschsprachigen Vermieterin, war sehr nett, erfolgte per whatsapp und Telefonat. Schlüssel zum Apartment war in einem Kästchen mit Code hinterlegt den wir per Telefon übermittelt bekamen. Das Apartment ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und in der Beschreibung zu lesen. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit allem TOP ZUFRIEDEN :-) und wunschlos glücklich. Fußläufig findet man ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäckerei, Souvenir Läden (bei denen man auch Hüte und Sonnenschirme bekommt), Cafe`s , verschiedene Restaurants. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, gibt es unzählige im Umkreis von 0-30 Kilometern, für jeden von klein bis Groß etwas dabei, das dass Herz höher schlagen lässt.

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Nebenan zwei Restaurants und der Supermarkt um die Ecke. Man ist in 10 Minuten am Meer unten.

Vsekarkor se še vrnemo!

Gostitelja sta zelo prijazna in pozorna (v namestitvi nas je čakalo sadje in priboljški/posoda) za psa. Lokacija je fantastična (izven sezone), če radi veliko hodite/kolesarite. En izmed najboljših in najbolj aktivnih dopustov. V apartma se zagotovo vrnemo, četudi samo na podaljšan vikend. Čista 10ka! 😃

Bis auf die Heizung Top 👍

Sehr geräumig, großer Balkon, Küche hatte alles was wir benötigt haben. Parkplatz Top. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Soweit alles in Ordnung👍

Sehr kalt, Heizung war nicht aufgedreht wir sind nass und unterkühlt angekommen. In der Dusche extrem kalt bis die Heizung uns erwärmt hat war es Mitternacht also dies gehört überall bei Booking Appartements verbessert wenn einer im Winter vermietet hat er dafür zu sorgen dass man das Appartement auch heizen kann.
