Good acommodation option for a few days

Location was great due to its proximity of the centre od Premantura. The parking spaces are nicely shaded becase of nearby trees. Mosquito meshes are installed on the windows which is really great because there are lot of mosquitoes. Our apartment was nicely positioned in partly shaded area so the sun did't directy shined through our windows. The balcony also has a nice placement though and has nice inox preparition for driing clothes. The "insect cathing tool" was great and convinient.

First of all absence of AC. You can use it for a daily fee but it not relevant because was is not working anyway. AC should be essential thing in these times and places like this. The internet was slow and kept interrupting. The bathrom is really small and the toilet is akward placed. There were no towels in the room, but fortunately the owner lend us two. There were only one roll of paper for toilet for 1 week. Also the toilet seat almost fall apart. In the kitchen there are to many useless appliances for a such small kitchen which is also almost uselless and only suitable for preparing a tea or coffee. The refrigerator barely cools. Dining table was also so small so two can barely sit near it. The balcony was barely big enough for two to sit near the squeaky table.

Tutto ok

Posizione ottima sia per andare in centro che per andare al parco. Accoglienza molto gentile. L'aria condizionata non era necessaria in quanto la sera era molto ventilato.

Mancava il necessario per la pulizia quotidiana : una scopa, spugne, detersivo per i piatti
