Perfektes Appartment, sehr freundliche Gastgeber ... wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohnung sehr nett und gut möbliert. Lage perfekt in Ortsmitte und trotzdem sehr ruhig ... nur wenige Meter/Minuten zu den Restaurants und Geschäften.

Gefehlt haben nur die Kaffeelöffel ... ansonsten hat alles gepasst!

L'appartamento è nuovo con balcone vista mare e aria condizionata Accessoriato di tutto il necessario (tranne una scopa). Posizione comoda a tutto Parcheggio gratuito sempre disponibile

Ci sono molte zanzare e, senza zanzariere alle finestre, non è stato possibile lasciare aperte le finestre durante la notte per godere del clima asciutto e sempre ventilato che c'è a Premantura

Era tutto molto pulito tranne qualche briciola sul tavolo e dei peli sulle lenzuola. Risolvibile in autonomia con un panno. È una ottima struttura ordinata e pulita nel complesso

Friendly hosts and perfect location

Location was perfect, right in the heart of Premantura yet a quiet and peaceful location. The apartment was spotless and the bed so comfy! The hosts were so friendly and helpful, even giving us a lift when we were a bit stuck on the day we left. We also loved Enzo the dog :)

Perfect location, clean, very well equipped apartment with nice and almost brand new furniture. Our host, Antonio is superfriendly, helpful guy. Must return. 😊

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Kap Kamenjak

Die Lage des Appartement ist gut, gleich neben dem Ortszentrum und in der Nähe des Eingang zum Kap Kamenjak. Das Appartment ist hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten eines der oberen Appartments und deshalb auch noch ein wenig Meerblick, vom Balkon aus. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einem Schuppen unterstellen.

Wir haben eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Es gibt lediglich einen Wasserkocher und einen kleinen, klassischen, manuellen italienischen Espressokocher. Das war für uns ein wenig umständlich für die Kaffee Zubereitung.

Prijetno bivanje, sigurno se bova ponovno vrnila.

Apartman je dobro opremljen za bivanje dveh oseb, na odlični lokaciji za raziskovanje Rt-a Kamenjak. Gostitelji so bili zelo prijazni in polni informacij. Zakonska postelja zgoraj je zelo dobra tako, da sva se vedno dobro naspala za nova potepanja.

Glede na to, da je apartman za 4 osebe in ima pomivalni stroj, bi lahko bilo nekoliko več jedilnega pribora.

Superb

Great location, modern apartment. Kitchen is well-equipped, including cleaning supplies. Beach is accessible by foot and can rent bikes from the hosts as well. Shops and bakery are also nearby. In addition they provided good recommendations for the area.

Only half a toilet paper roll, but luckily we brought some with us. However the walls are super thin, and you can hear everything from the other apartments, which was super annoying, imagine hearing when they go to the toilet.

Fitted Sheets on the bed were too small and wouldn't stay on. No hot water for shower in late afternoon/evening. Insulation between units not great.

Modern apartment

Apartment is very modern and good equiped. There is a view from the balcony on the sea. Bakery and shop is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Bicycles kindly recomended. It helps you to reach the “beach”. You don’t need to pay a fee entrance into the national prark.
