It's a really wonderful place, the outside of the building has a Mediterranean patina, the garden is also very cool with the old grape arbors. The apartments are clean inside and well equipped. Due to its central location, everything is nearby. The owner is a very helpful friendly person. We visit the Croatian coast almost every year, but this is one of the best accommodations we've been to so far. I recommend to everyone.

Great hosts, providing a lot of useful information and making your stay comfortable. Despite location right in the center of town it is surprisingly quiet over the night so you can have a proper sleep :) If you search for modern apartment with all bells and whistles it's not place for you. It's rather dated but very spacious place located in older building. Kitchen was equipped with all necessary equipment.

There is no dishwasher and washing machine- but if you need to do the laundry you can use host machine.

Nella nostra prima avventura croata abbiamo scelto come prima tappa questa mistica cittadina nel sud estremo dell Istria, siamo stati accolti dal simpatico e sempre disponibile padrone di casa, sempre pronto a dare consigli e pro tips . Ottima posizione e parcheggio disponibile , casa pulita, molto spaziosa con cucina ben fornita . Soddisfatti soprattutto dal grande balcone che circonda la casa . Nonostante sia in "centro" molto tranquilla e riservata con anche tanto verde e una carina zona comune . Sotto casa si trova anche il miglior panettiere della city e consigliamo vivamente di provare la trattoria stellina Grazie di tutto

Bellissima la posizione, ma...

La posizione (in pieno centro storico, dietro alla chiesa), il grande terrazzo privato con vista mare e la cortesia e la disponibilità dell'host

La camera è nuova ma avrebbe bisogno delle migliorie, troppo spartana, dovrebbe essere più accessoriata. Anche gli spazi esterni sono da rifinire. Al momento quindi posso consigliarla solo per brevi soggiorni.

Un posto ideale dove trascorrere le vacanze

Gli appartamenti sono ampi e spaziosi. C'è un giardino molto curato, con un tavolo in grado di accogliere il gruppo di due famiglie. Abbiamo fruito del barbecue posto in giardino che il proprietario ci ha gentilmente messo a disposizione. Il proprietario ci ha inoltre consigliato gelaterie e ristoranti. L' appartamento è in pieno centro e a piedi si possono raggiungere facilmente le diverse baie del parco naturale.

Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Klimaanlage.

Zentrale Lage neben Restaurant und Bars. Aber auch neben der Bäckerei. Nachtruhe nur vom 2 bis 5 Uhr. In der Küche hat mich alles geekelt. Alles alt und zusammengewürfelt.

3 notti a Premantura

Appartamento in centro, padrone di casa super disponibile, ci ha tenuto il parcheggio in strada il giorno dell'arrivo e ci ha consigliato ristoranti e spiagge. Ci sono 2 posti auto dietro casa e se sono pieni si trova comunque posto molto vicino (almeno in Luglio, non so in Agosto). Appartamento al secondo piano (senza ascensore) con terrazzino con vista bellissima sul mare. Bagno nuovissimo, rifatto da poco. Nel giardino c'è anche un bbq a disposizione. Booking diceva che avremmo dovuto pagare la tassa di soggiorno ma il padrone di casa non l'ha voluta. Parco Kamenjak molto bello, noi siamo andati in macchina ma si possono noleggiare bici o quad e andare con quelli, l'ingresso del parco è molto vicino all'appartamento.

La tenda della finestra della camera da letto è molto trasparente e la mattina all'alba c'è tantissima luce in camera.

- regole del parcheggio poco chiare (di fatto ne abbiamo usufruito solo poche ore per intralci dovuti a esterni o altri ospiti) - schiamazzi notturni e musica (fino alle 4 del mattino) terribili da parte di una comitiva (di italiani) maleducata e cafona: ci saremmo aspettati dall’host un richiamo al silenzio, che non c’è stato. - lavandino otturato - lucertola in stanza non appena siamo entrati (risolvibile, ma ci saremmo aspettati più attenzione) - struttura sporca e disordinata nelle parti comuni

Entra molta luce visto che alcune finestre non sono dotate di scuri. Mancava un asciugacapelli. Si sente molto chi si muove al piano di sopra.

Appartamento abbastanza grande per accogliere 3 ospiti, molto pulito e ben curato, munito di tutto l'occorrente dalla biancheria alle vettovaglie. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile con gli ospiti. Posizione centrale e strategica per raggiungere facilmente ristoranti, bar, supermercato e spiagge. Questa è la terza volta che vado a Premantura ed è il miglior soggiorno che ho fatto qui.
