About this apartment rental
Our like-new, lovingly furnished vacation rental is located in the beautiful village of Premantura, near Pula, the largest city in Istria.
Its fantastic location, with a view of the sea and the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park right next door, is what makes it so special.
Our vacation rental is on the 2nd floor of a 5-unit building constructed in 2022.
We’ve furnished the apartment in a modern and comfortable style. You can see the sea from the balcony and all the windows; Munte Beach is 750 meters away, and Stupice Beach is 1,000 meters away. You can reach Cape Kamenjak in just a few minutes.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all your meals in the apartment.
All living areas have air conditioning, and all windows and the balcony door are equipped with fly screens. Free Wi-Fi is included.
For a restful night’s sleep, you can choose between pleated shades and exterior blinds.
A free parking space is available on the property.
With its 850 residents, Premantura is a tranquil resort town on the 67-kilometer-long Riviera at the southern tip of Istria.
Within walking distance is the picturesque town square, a village market, bars, and restaurants that contribute to the village’s tranquil character.
The townscape is a successful blend of Mediterranean stone buildings and modern vacation homes. You won’t find large hotel complexes or supermarket chains here. Despite rising tourist numbers, Premantura is far removed from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula.
The many secluded coves, the lush green surroundings with stunning forests, and the picturesque beaches make Premantura the ideal destination for beachgoers, active vacationers, and those seeking relaxation.

We stayed one amazing week in June 2024. The apartment, in a good position to explore Kamenjak beaches, was perfect, It had all that You need. Near the apartment there are all services: restaurants and markets.

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment close to the centre of Premantura. The interior was immaculate with everything we needed; close to the vibrant village centre in the evenings, and peaceful at night. So many stunning beaches and sights nearby, this is a great base to tour the Istrian peninsula.
