Close to city center if you use the small alley. Very friendly owners. They gave us a fan when we asked for one.

Conveniently located stay to explore Premantura

The apartment is just a short walk from the entrance to Kamenjak park. There is a short cut to get to the supermarket in just a few minutes. It was quiet at night and the mattress was comfortable. It was clean and the owner was friendly and helpful (even though communication was a little difficult).

The kitchen could be a little better equipped. The bicycles were cheap to rent but in very bad shape, not actually useable in my opinion. The owners have two really friendly dogs but they have to live seperated in a very small enclosure and I'm not sure if they saw a vet ever in their life, it's kinda sad to see.

Very polite host. Cozy and clean room with large balcony with comfortable chairs and sun loungers. Quiet neighborhood (except for the tower bells which rang every hour).

Disordered neighborhood - lots of unfinished buildings and depots of old caravans.

Really, really nice and polite hauskeeper. Quiet lokation, where can man take a rest. Clean and nice place and comfortable bed. Who likes wildness, Premantura is a top destination. If you like to dive, you should come to Premantura.

Would stay there definitely again!

Perfect location, close to the center, close to the park entrance and quiet place. Three little bays are close (outside the park) where you have perfect sunsets! Lovely garden around the building with lots of vegetables, wine and herbs! Nice and helpful owners.

Very good

A lot of the space in living room. Good price and easy way of bike rental from the owner. Close distance to city center and nice wild beach nearby not populated by tourists (Belina draga). And of course very friendly lady Mila :)

Accogliente e pulito

Innanzitutto l'host è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda e/o richiesta ma sopratutto aiuto. Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con le nostri bici e i due padroni di casa ci hanno subito indirizzati verso una struttura apposita per service di bici. Il monolocale è molto spazioso e comodo quindi la si vive molto bene. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo. Ps. Localizzazione della struttura perfetta a 4 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso per la visita delle varie spiaggette.

Consigliato!

Posizione eccezionale, c'è anche una scorciatoia comodissima che in 2 minuti ti porta in centro a Premantura. Casa pulita e spaziosa. Zona esterna comoda con tavolo e sedie nuovi. Parcheggio all'interno della villa comodo. Padroni di casa gentilissimi. Super consigliato.

szívből ajánlom mindenkinek, ha megyünk még, náluk fogjuk lefoglalni a szállásunkat.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész házigazda. Szép, nagy, tiszta és kényelmes, jól felszerelt apartman. Közel mindenhez, a centrumhoz és a strandhoz is. Premantura nagyon szép kis város, egyelőre nem zsúfolt.

A felső apartman külső légkondicionáló egysége a mi ablakunk mellett volt, és hangos volt, nem tudtunk ablakot nyitni.

Bett zu klein für 2 Personen, Couch und Bett leider absolut ungemütlich, Klimaanlage hat Schlafzimmer nicht erreicht, Vermieter für kroatische Verhältnisse eher kühl und kein Nachfragen ob alles passt

Posizione a due passi dell'ingresso della penisola e dai servizi del paese Parcheggio interno Wifi ben funzionante Zanzariera, frigo, asciugacapelli, piccola cucina, moka, bollitore, host molto gentile

Sarebbe carino trovare almeno l'asciugatutto da cucina, acqua in bottiglia e caffè/tè
