Remek szállás Premanturán, bármikor visszatérnénk ide.

A szállás közel van Premantura strandjaihoz, illetve a városközponthoz. Az apartman jól felszerelt, tiszta, tágas, 6 fő számára is nagyon kényelmes. Csendes nyugodt környezet, jó kilátással a teraszról. Bolt, pékség, fagyizó közel. Mikró, főzőlap, hűtő, fagyasztó, mosógép légkondi, minden rendben üzemelt. Megengedték az eredetinél korábbi check-int. Bármikor visszatérnénk ide.

A bookingon fel van tüntetve a privát parkolási lehetőség, a képeken látszik egy mélygarázs, de ez ne tévesszen meg senkit, azt nem lehet használni. Helyette 2 parkoló van a kapubejárón belül, a többi az utcán. A parkolási lehetőség biztosítva van és ingyenes, de nem privát. A matracok mint majdnem mindenhol, már cserélhetőek. A háznál található egy medence amit nem lehet használni, több hetes koszos vízzel van tele, ami nem egy pozitív látvány. Nem éppen a legvendégszeretőbb személyzet, bár sok kontakt nem volt velük.

Un hospedaje cómodo y cerca de todo, volveríamos sin duda.

La ubicación es buenísima, desde el balcón tienes vista al mar y puedes ver el atardecer desde el balcón.

La cocina estaba bien equipada, lo único que nos molestó fue que los cuchillos tenían poco filo.

Overall enjoyed our stay with a few nuances

Spacious and well-equipped - washing machine and a dish-washer are a big advantage. Pictures fully corresponding to the reality. Side view on the sea, two balconies. Rather quiet area. The nature park is a gem for lovers of Croatian nature. Pula is 20min away by bus where you can walk in the old center or go to Aquarium with kids.

The neighboring houses are close and sometimes the guests may be laud after midnight (no chance to sleep with an open window). Bring something against mosquitos, there are lots of them! The closest beach is more than 1km on foot mostly via road with cars entering the park. No issue if you ride a bike or go by car, may be difficult on foot with kids). Vacuum cleaner and cleaning chemicals would be great to keep the apartment clean.

+ The location of apartment is really good. About 20 mins to Kamenjak beaches (Pinižule beach is the nearest one), 5 mins to bakery, restaurants and cafés. + Private parking place. + Two bathrooms; washing machine. + There is a combined oven with microwave oven and grill in the kitchen. + The view from the balcony (sunset is the best)

- Coffee maker should be great (there is no percolator, no coffee machine, only kettle). - There are two whirlpools under bedroom´s windows, first belonging to Villa Bianca and the second to Villa Chiara. Unfortunately this villas are usually rented by groups of young people who love chatting, celebrating and singing in whirlpool around the midnight and the walls of the Oliva apartment building are really this so ear plugs needed (and personally recommended if you would like to go to sleep before 1 am).

The apartment is located in a quiet area close to the entrance to Kamenjak national park. No need to take the car, it is just 5-10 minutes walk and you can enjoy beautiful sea coast. Food store, town centre - everything in 10 minutes walk from the building. Watching the sunset from the apartment balcony was amazing!

We have missed the coffee maker in the kitchen.
