This cosy double room is located on the second floor of a charming pool house in Medulin, Istria, just about 1 km from the sandy beach. On 20 m², the room offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, refrigerator, 2 chairs and access to a 10 m² terrace with table and chairs. Pets are welcome, and the use of the communal kitchen is possible.
The holiday home offers a 50 m² freshwater pool with a sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols, a garden terrace, barbecue facilities, as well as courtyard and garden use. A boat can be used for excursions with the owner upon request. A private parking space is available directly at the property.
In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous leisure opportunities: water sports, sailing, windsurfing, diving, cycling, mini golf, fishing, as well as excursions to nature parks and cultural attractions. Restaurants, supermarkets, and the town centre are conveniently within walking distance.
