Private parking in the completely fenced property. The beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.
The new and comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of the house with a large private terrace covered by a magnificent pergola and furnished with a table and benches at the entrance.The kitchen is modern and equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, smoke extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils. The bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, external window, bidet, toilet, wardrobe, external window, and two towels per person are provided (changed weekly).The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe. The living area consists of the dining and living areas. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a coat hanger. The living room is equipped with flat-screen satellite TV, coffee table, sofa bed for two people, an air conditioner, and free Wi-Fi internet connection.
In the completely fenced courtyard available for shared use the barbecue area, trampoline for children, free parking.
