This beach house is in a lovely location with a great view of the beach and ocean near Waldport. We enjoyed watching the seals and walking on the beach. The house was clean and nicely furnished, with a thoughtful and convenient layout. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. All communication was over text messages. The texts were informative, courteous, and met all of our needs. My family agreed they found the house suitable and would like to stay again.

The house was amazing! One of the best we have stayed it. It had all of the things we needed. The views were great and the beach access was nice, however it was a little interesting to navigate. We had a great time and would book again.

The whole house was great. The view, the ocean access was good. Yard was convenient for our dogs. Hottub was great. We would definitely rent again.

The hot tub and view was great. There was about two years dust and debris under a couple of the beds and the access to the beach is dangerous for elderly people. I was told I would receive a text when the cleaning crew was finished [for early entry] which did not happen. The TV controllers need new batteries.
