Sweeping ocean views on two levels, spacious oceanfront house! Fiber Internet.

We were very pleased with the property. Our entire party had plenty of room to be together and apart. The kitchen was well stocked although we found the stove to rather tricky. It may need some attention. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels etc. The beds were also clean but be aware that they are memory foam. None of us were used to that and it was an adjustment.The mud room shower was very useful. It was a awesome a table for all 8 of us. We rarely find it so. Lots of sand toys to use. The kids loved that.The main TV is on the 2nd floor. This may issue for people who have trouble with stairs. There was one in the downstairs bedroom.The location at the beach was very quiet and access was fantastic. We also found a lovely place to buy live crab. He even cooked and cleaned it for us. We had a fantastic trip. Wonderful home.

Claudia was such an incredible host and we couldn't be happier! This stay was such a dream -- the house was right on the beach, plenty of room for the six of us to spread out, and the kitchen had tons of space for us to cook. We were planning our next trip from the second we checked in, so we'll definitely be back next time we need a getaway to the coast.

House was clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Master bedroom pretty handicapped friendly. Bed was too high and bathroom could use a grab bar in the shower to make fully handicapped friendly.

This is generally an OK house. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of blankets and towels…BUT, it is not as the listing represents it. The photos are not current of what you can see from the house! There are no “sweeping views of the ocean” from the ground floor. You get a sweeping view of a sand dune. From the upper floor you can see the ocean, but not the beach. Getting to the beach is a hike over the sand dunes – not great if you have any mobility issues.One of the queen beds is missing. Possibly not a problem for everyone, but a major problem for my family! One of my sons and his family left early because they were so uncomfortable sleeping on the floor due to the missing bed!The windows on the top floor do not open, making it REALLY hot upstairs. There is a loud fan and AC unit that help some, but you then have to leave all the doors open to cool the bedrooms, and it makes it difficult to have conversations or hear the TV in the upper living room when both are blowing. I paid a premium price (with fees and taxes, a little over 800/night!) to be in this home and was disappointed. I’m sure it will be fine for some folks – it was not for us. All of these issues have been reported by other guests – I wish I had read the reviews more closely. . Did we make it work? Yes. Was the property what we were expecting? Absolutely not. Recommend it?
