Completely renovated in September 2018, the apartment is located in the southern district of Aachen. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. A separate entrance leads to the apartment. The Morillenhang is a 30km / h zone and is located in a green district. Behind the house is a water reserve, which guarantees peace.
