About this apartment rental
The apartment offers all the amenities: a well-equipped kitchen (air fryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, and even plenty of spices for cooking, pasta, etc.)
Towels and bedding are provided, but you’re also welcome to bring your own. Additional blankets are available upon request. There are 2 high-quality box-spring beds for 4 people. There’s also a récamière for 1 person, a fold-out recliner, and a large sleeper sofa that extends electrically. This means there is sleeping space for 7–8 people and a baby crib.
A large TV (75 inches) with Netflix and Amazon Prime access is in the living room.
You can access the balcony from the bedroom and kitchen to enjoy the fresh air with a view of the greenery. It’s very quiet, even though it’s right in the heart of Aachen. It really doesn’t get any more central than this: Almost everything is right on your doorstep—the Aquis Plaza Mall, a supermarket, a restaurant, a pharmacy, doctors’ offices in the same building, a newsstand downstairs in the building, and a bus stop directly across the street.
The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and barrier-free, so we also have a wheelchair-accessible shower.
There are public parking spaces in front of the apartment that you can use for a parking fee. There’s also a very affordable parking garage just around the corner (3–5 minutes’ walk) that’s open 24/7 and offers a daily rate.
The city of Aachen charges a lodging tax of 2.50 per person per night. For example: 1 night, 2 people = 5.00
Please remember when you check in that this tax must be paid. I am required to pay this to the city. This amount is also listed in your booking, which you can check.
