Excellent stay for me and the whole family

The place was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped, the best in any property that I have stayed at. The decor and lighting was very well designed with ample power points for the electronic gadgets.

Nicely decorated, fully furnished with everything you may need. Perfect kitchen and dishwasher, microwave, oven, espresso machine and induction stove. Nothing is missing. Crystal clear bathroom.

Gut ausgestattete, saubere, gemütliche Ferienwohnung - zweiten Besuch wert :)

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und alles war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allen relevanten Haushaltsgeräten und ausreichend Geschirr ausgestattet. Zudem findet man in der Küche auch Öl, Tee, Geschirrspültabs und sogar ein paar Kaffee-Kapseln für eine Espresso-Maschine. Uns wurde der Schlüssel direkt vom netten Gastgeber übergeben (ich war zunächst verwundert, warum man so genau unsere Ankunftszeit wissen wollte, weil ich von einem Schlüsselkasten ausgegangen war). Der Standort der Wohnung ist eher am Rande von Aachen (Gewerbegebiet). Mit dem Pkw da zu sein ist vorteilhaft, ansonsten fahren öffentlich Busse in der Nähe. Die PS5 hat ein paar vorinstallierte Spiele.

Nach der Buchung der Unterkunft sollte man ein Formular mit wirklich sehr vielen Daten zu dem Personalausweis (Ausweisnummer, ausstellende Behörde, Ablaufdatum, etc.) vollständig ausfüllen, ansonsten konnte man die Informationen nicht absenden. Ich weiß, dass dies zum Teil für ausländische Gäste verpflichtend ist, bei einheimischen Gästen allerdings nicht. Ich habe dem Gastgeber die üblichen Daten (Name, Adresse, etc.) dann im Chat geschrieben und damit waren wir zum Glück beide zufrieden. Die Lüftung im kleinen Bad war augenscheinlich leicht am schimmeln. Der Gastgeber meinte, dass er sich darum kümmern wolle. Insgesamt waren der Aufenthalt und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr angenehm und einen zweiten Besuch wert. :)

Ruim appartement, schoon.

Er is een speciaal Nespresso koffie apparaat waar een specifiek soort vorm cups in passen en die zijn niet te koop daar in de buurt. De eigenaar bestelt deze online. Leuk maar niet handig. Wij moesten deze bij hem kopen. Voor de prijs van dit appartement lijkt ons dat je daar 2 doosjes bij het apparaat neerlegt of voorinformeert bij de klant.

Top Unterkunft in Aachen

Top ausgestattet, sehr ruhig, aber nah an Aachen Zentrum und Autobahn. Sehr bequeme Betten und alles super Sauber. Sogar einen eigenen Parkplatz. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
