Great base for cycling

The holiday home is comfortable and well designed. For us it was well situated to cycle to the Trois Frontieres and into Aachen, using the velo routes. It was lovely and quiet at night

We would have liked a clothes hanging option in the downstairs bedroom (maybe just some similar hooks on the wall to the ones in the living area?). Also we missed there being an oven (we wanted to cook pizza!) - but otherwise we had everything we needed.

Very comfortable accommodation

We spent a long weekend here and the stay was absolutely amazing. The host is a very welcoming person. The accommodation is very comfortable and well equipped (dishwasher, sauna, etc... ). Everything is still brand-new. The location is perfect for hiking lovers or if you would like to visit Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands all at the same time :)

Heerlijk, we gaan in juni weer een lang weekend heen!

Heerlijk huisje, op een prachtige locatie. Het is sfeervol ingericht, en de kerstversiering was heel gezellig. Heel fijn waren de 3 slaapkamers met de 2 badkamers, ook van de sauna en het bubbelbad hebben we goed gebruik van gemaakt.

Een tip voor volgende gasten: er is voor iedereen 1 grote handdoek aanwezig, dus neem zelf nog extra handdoeken mee. Wij hadden hier nl. niet op gerekend (zijn gewend om altijd 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek te krijgen) maar de eigenaar heeft heel vriendelijk voor iedereen een extra handdoek gebracht toen we daarom gevraagd hadden aangezien de handdoeken na gebruik vd sauna en bubbelbad nat waren geworden en wij daarna nog wilden douchen.

Heerlijk weekend met het gezin gehad in luxe gezellig huisje op de heuvel.

Prachtig, compact, maar compleet uitgerust huisje met een fantastisch uitzicht.Mooie omgeving, ideaal voor als je wilt wandelen, maar ook niet te ver van steden als Aken en Maastricht. Soepel telefonisch contact met de host bij aankomst. Bubbelbad en sauna in het huis maakten het super de luxe af!

De douche gaf nadat een paar mensen waren geweest, geen warm water meer. We hebben dat doorgegeven en de host zou er direct iets aan gaan doen.

Schöner Blick auf das Dreiländereck

Gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr große schöne Terrasse, toller Blick. Helle, moderne Einrichtung. Die Annehmlichkeiten wie Sauna und Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt, aber sie sahen gut aus.

In einem Schlafzimmer war die Deckenkante an einer Seite so niedrig, dass man sich beim Bett beziehen und bei Bewegungen Richtung Kopfende sehr leicht den Kopf stößt, zumal die weiße Farbe keinen Kontrast bildet. Das ist leider mehreren Personen geschehen. Hier wäre vielleicht ein farblicher Kontrast hilfreich.

Super schoon, alles was netjes bij aankomst, genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Sauna was goed werd ook goed warm. locatie is wat minder voor een groep van 5 jongen mensen in de buurt is niet veel te doen.

Leuke accomodatie in aangenaam rustig plekje

Gezellig huisje met wat extra luxe zoals bubbelbad en sauna voor de liefhebbers. Lag goed voor wandelingen in bosrijk gebied of uitdagende fietstochten in de Ardense heuvels.

Enige 'minpunt' waren de zetels. Die waren best laag en vrij oncomfortabel.

Le jacuzzi, le sauna et la belle vue sont un vrai plus. Endroit très calme !

Escalier dangereux ainsi que la douche glissante et chambre du haut un peu étroites Quelques défauts dans les équipements (bulles du jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnent pas bien et pas longtemps), lumière dans la chambre qui fonctionnait pas.

Geweldige accomodatie

Geweldige accommodatie dat mooi ingericht is.Heerlijke sauna en jacuzzi. De keuken is uitgebreid voorzien van servies, pannen en dergelijke. De bedden liggen heerlijk! Niet gebruikt vanwege het weer maar mooi groot terras waar je met goed weer heerlijk kunt vertoeven met een mooi uitzicht. Wij komen er graag eens terug!

Fantastisch

Wij hebben hier als familie van 4 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen 2 nachten verbleven. Het was echt fantastisch! Er ontbreekt helemaal niets en het heeft onze verwachting zelfs overtroffen. Er is een sauna en een jacuzzi. Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van de sauna, welke zeer aangenaam was. Alles is erg schoon en de keuken heeft alles wat je kan wensen. De host was zeer vriendelijk en legde haarfijn uit waar de sleutel met code in de kluis lag en hoe de sauna en de jacuzzi werkt. Top geregeld! Parkeren was heel makkelijk, er zijn meerdere parkeerplekken voor de deur. Wij waren begin december 2024 hier, op het terras heb je een heel mooi en rustgevend uitzicht. In de zomer of op warmere zonnige dagen zou het nog veel mooier moeten zijn :)

Als je eten wil bestellen dan heb je niet zoveel opties in de buurt. Wij raden aan om zelf eten mee te nemen of te koken. Wij hadden uiteindelijk wel besteld maar wij moesten lang wachten op de bezorging. (of je moet ruim van te voren bestellen).

My favorite place in Gemmenich

Situé dans un endroit calme et reposant, gîte spacieux, moderne et confortable; full équipé, permettant un véritable repos après de belles excursions dans la journée. Le jacuzzi est un réel plus en fin de journée ;-)

Dikke must : - Tupperware pour conserver la nourriture sans le frigo - moustiquaires pour les fenêtres des chambres
