Welcome to our lovely holiday apartment. With 55 m², it’s perfectly set up for up to 4 guests to enjoy a wonderful stay. As your hosts, we live in the same house and are happy to quickly fulfill your requests or help with errands. The private entrance ensures your personal privacy.
The well-located apartment in Aachen’s quiet villa district is ideal for shopping trips downtown as well as relaxing walks in Aachen Forest or on the Vaalserberg—you can enjoy both here. For cozy evenings, the apartment features a TV. A parking space is available at the house, and street parking is also possible. Longer stays are welcome. For business travelers, please inquire in advance.
Tennis courts are nearby and can be used for an additional fee. A golf club with an 18-hole championship course is about 10 minutes away by car and can also be used for an additional fee. Two parking spaces are available in a separate driveway. There’s a separate storage room. We can provide a toaster, kettle, and cooking utensils before your arrival—just let us know. Laundry facilities are available for longer stays. There’s also a second storage area for luggage in the hallway. Only dogs are allowed as pets; other animals are not permitted.
