About this apartment rental
Welcome to our lovely holiday apartment. With 55 m², it is perfectly set up for up to 4 guests to enjoy a wonderful stay. As your hosts, we live in the same building and are happy to help with your requests or errands promptly. The private entrance ensures your personal privacy.
Located in a beautiful, quiet villa district of Aachen, the apartment is ideal for shopping trips in the city center as well as relaxing walks in the nearby parks, Aachen Forest, or on the Vaalserberg. Enjoy both city life and nature during your stay.
For cozy evenings, the apartment has a TV. A private parking space is available at the house, and you can also find street parking in front of the property. Longer stays are welcome. For workers on assignment, please contact us in advance.
Tennis: Blau-Weiß courts are across the street for an extra fee; Grün-Weiß courts are about 500 m away, also for an extra fee. Both clubs offer excellent restaurants. Golf: The Aachen Golf Club (AGC) in AC-Seffent is about 10 minutes by car and features an 18-hole championship course for an extra fee. Two parking spaces are available in a separate driveway.
A separate storage room is provided. We can supply a toaster, kettle, and cooking utensils before your arrival—please let us know in advance. Laundry facilities are available for longer stays. There is also a second storage room for luggage in the hallway.
