Quiet and cozy stay in the center of Aachen

The apartments are clean, spacious and cozy. All the amenities provided really help if you're staying here a few days (kitchenette, cutlery). We found our room quite clean as well

Everything was fine.

Home decor is really beautiful. Comfortable bed and bathroom was very clean.

Curtains do not cover the windows so there is more light at nights in the room. And room lock did not work had to use my phone every time to get to the room.

The quality-price ratio is one of the best I've had while traveling

We had a problem with the building's entry code, but customer service resolved it in minutes (they offer support in several languages), so that was excellent. The apartment is truly so beautiful that I'd love to rent it out monthly! It's luxurious, from the cleanliness to the quality of the furnishings. Absolutely 100% recommended.

View of the building's internal courtyard. I don't mean this as a negative, but keep in mind that some apartments don't have a street view. In any case, it's still worth it (you're in a city, after all).

Disappointing

Well sized apartment.

Shower didn't work, didn't drain, so I had a flooded bathroom. Reported it, it took 2 days to sort. No offer of alternative accommodation or compensation till I pushed. Didn't think they were going to get it fixed to be honest. The corridor was noisy, so sleeping difficult. It's great for the train station, but there is nothing nearby.

Overall we were happy with the studio apartment.

Location was good, near the train station. The place was clean and kitchen had sufficient supplies.

The shower leaked out of a corner on to the floor. The toilet paper holder needs to be tightened and the air conditioner was very loud.

The room was quite cleaned and nice, location good, wifi worked well, we had all the facilities needed.

We had serious trouble accessing the building and room due to code changes we didn’t request. After initially getting in, the code stopped working again the same day, and despite trying all codes from customer support, we were locked out for over 30 minutes. In the end, they provided us another way to access the building, but it took over 30 minutes to receive this information.. If not for this access problem, we would gladly recommend the place, but it definitely affected our experience.

Nice quiet place in a very convenient location

Great location on just a couple of minutes walking from the Central Station. Easy to find and easy to enter through the code provided after online check in. Nice and quiet place in a pretty busy and noisy city. Everything you need is provided in the apartment and there is also a small kitchen area, which is very convenient. Also the WiFi was very good - no problems accessing it and a very fast internet connection

The beds were comfortable but maybe just a little too soft. This can be my personal preference though because I get back aches very easily

The furniture, good bed and clean bathroom. The welcome gift was also nice. The access system was straightforward.

We were expecting to have more kitchen facilities, in particular a microwave or oven. We payed for the biggest room, but at the end the extra space was kind of lost because of the furniture distribution -layout

Perfect New Year’s Eve 2022

Everything we needed and more was provided. The room is really stylish and tidy. Loved the decorations and the sweet details as the stickers on the mirrors and the cute Wi-Fi password. The was a complementary gift on top of our bed which came very handy. Thank you so much :) The suite has a really spacious bathroom and I loved the smell or the shampoo.

The water pressure into the shower could be better, but it’s more an unusual thing (compared to the one we have at home ) than an inconvenience. Also( it was more my mistake for not looking closely to the photos) but I thought we would get a sofa and a bit separated kitchen area, which would be great for our New Year Eve smelly cooking, but by putting our clothes into the bathroom a bacon smell on the clothes was avoided. Also, once again, it’s a my thing, but for future visitors reference : the room has typical soft square german pillows, which are kind of okay if you fold them, but would be great if the suite had two different types of pillows

Very spacious and clean rooms. Room temperature was really enjoyable in winter. Smart Tv & good Wi-Fi connection.

The room description didn't match the room we got (we was expecting a microwave and a better cooking stove). A lot of noise was coming from the hallway and the opening/closing of the front door. Luckily we were at the back of the hallway. Our baby woke up several times during the night because of this.
