About this house rental
This house is a 3 bedroom stand alone unit with 2 king bedrooms upstairs with balconies and own bathrooms and the bedroom downstairs has two twin beds which could be converted into a king upon request and also has it's own bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa with a screen divider for privacy if needed. Pool is just across the way in the center of the complex. Propane grill on back porch. Has a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot.

This unit was exactly what we expected. The listing was accurate, property was well equipped, roomy and clean. The location was fine for our group, but if your looking for ease and convenience to Key West, maybe this is not for you.

Host was very welcoming and provided beach chairs for us. Very clean. Plenty of laundry detergent which we appreciated because we were traveling for more than a week. Wonderful stay. Good location and would highly recommend. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Only con.... beside a busy road and there is road noise. Did not bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Fantastic property. Would stay here again. Good setup, spacious rooms and easy access to downtown/Duvall We brought e-bikes along and could ride from the property all the way with no issues. Great place

House is Beautiful and always an extra bonus when each bedroom has a bathroom. Judy could not have been more accomodating. Can't wait to come back next year
