The unit is just as expected, the description and photos are very accurate. Property is clean, well maintained overall and it was easy to access. We had no problems at all, the complex is nice, gated, and the pool is nice, although a bit small and it gets crowded.
This particular unit faces a very busy road in the back so you will get a lot of traffic noise, so be aware because if you want total quiet, this is not it. We have stayed in this complex before and like it, would probably select a different unit next time because of the noise issue. Plus also they decided the trim the trees all around the property the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend early in the morning, so that didn't help with the noise.
Overall it's a great property, comfortable, well equipped, and easy to access. The noise is an issue though.

We had a great girls trip. The place was just as described. We each had our own space and the unit was very close to the pool. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was nice as we didn’t have to pack as many clothes. There is a bakery, Croissants de France within walking distance that is fantastic and also a restaurant, Roostica’s close that was very good as well. There is a CVS (on the corner) for anything you may have forgotten. LOL. An UBER ride to Duvall street averaged around 18 for the 3 of us. Would stay in this location again as it was in a gated community away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The only drawback I would mention is there is a highway on the backside of the property which has a lot of traffic but it did not bother us. Anywhere on the island you will have traffic so it’s something to know, it’s a hoppin place Don’t hesitate, book the unit!#bestiesgirlstrip

Very clean! Everything we needed, very well stocked kitchen. Pool area very nice. Had one issue with smoke alarm beeping in middle of the night called in the morning and they were quick to respond. As mentioned in another post the back of the home faces busy Over Seas Hwy it didn’t bother us, one person brought ear plugs and it helped her. I suggest if a light sleeper do the same. But would rent again since location and property were so nice can overlook the little bit of noise.

This was a cute area. Bedrooms were spacious. Decent access in and out.
In 2 out of 3 bathrooms, flushes were not working properly. The valve in the tank had to be adjusted manually for the tank to fill. The kitchen was stocked well - for example, you can’t bake anything as there was no oven pan or cookie sheet.
Most places in FL at the minimum have beach toys and beach chairs. They had none. For our 3 night stay with kids, we were given one very tiny soap bar, which broke after using a couple of times.
Decent property, otherwise.
