Our stay was amazing! The house was just as the listing said. When the washer broke, they immediately replaced it. Jack, their maintenance man made us feel right at home while the replacements were being installed! 10/10. Can wait to return with our children.

House was nice. Kitchen a little outdated. A/C in upstairs 2 bedrooms didn't work very well - had to use fans. Bath towels all had a musty smell, had to rewash all towels before we could use.

This home was perfect for our stay. The beds were all comfortable and it is great to be right by the pool. We grilled a few of our meals and made good use of the kitchen. It is missing a few kitchen basics for a family cooking all their meals. But fir the most part it had everything we needed. The showers were all great as well. So nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (teens and parents) to all have our own space.

Clean, quiet (except for the junglefowl crowing!), proximity to downtown Key West was manageable even on a spring break week. The pool was well maintained and open til 10p. We appreciated the extras like beach chairs and towels in the unit. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked with cooking supplies but it was adequate for us. PS/FYI - the replace filter light on the fridge was on all week.

Well laid out and in a very pleasant compound. It is about 4 miles from the Old Town area in Key West where all the restaurants and shops are. There is a wonderful small botanical garden and a golf course nearby.

The actual unit was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely furnished and the kitchen for the most part had everything we required. There were some very minor things that could use a handyman's touch, but nothing that would keep me from staying there again, or not recommending it to others. Being right on the pool perimeter was great!!

This was my first stay in this unit but not my first time in Coral Hammock. This one is my favorite. It has great pool access and enough privacy to not feel like you are on top of your neighbor. We will be back next year for sure!

I was originally looking for a place that was on Key West but this properties location was just as good. It was just about 45 minute drive over the bridge to get to Key West… About 20 minutes total to downtown. There was a washer and dryer in the unit in the washing machine made a really loud, whining noise. The dishwasher also wouldn’t work right and it was missing two of the wheels on the bottom drawer. The property management staff was courteous and responsive, but they did forget to give us the gate code before we checked in. Luckily, a resident arrived behind us and open the gate for us. Other than that, the place was impeccable. It was great to be so close to the community pool so we could cool off after a day out on the water.

Near the airport but not in a landing path. Management company was very responsive to any emails too. We would rent again.
