About this house rental

This house is a 3 bedroom stand alone unit with 2 king bedrooms upstairs with balconies and own bathrooms and the bedroom downstairs has two twin beds which could be converted into a king upon request and also has it's own bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa with a screen divider for privacy if needed. Pool is just steps away from the back porch in the center of the complex. Propane grill on back porch. Has a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot.
Close to the Golf Course and marina and public boat ramp - 2 miles from beaches.

    The house was great. It was really well stocked. Check in before going to the grocery store. It really has most of the basics.there is a CVS within walking distance. The pool is great and a very short walk from the house. Very convenient!!! The neighborhood is on Stock Island so about a 10 minute ride to downtown Key West. We only had two issues and I think they are probably issues you’ll face with almost any house in Key West. Key West is a hot and humid place. Humidity equals dampness. The house has a little bit of a smell. We noticed an odor absorbing jar in the corner. That might just need to be replaced. The other issue doesn’t have as easy of a fix. The neighborhood has a rooster!!!! The rooster takes his job very seriously and is good at it. He started going strong around 5:00 am every morning (although one morning I heard him at 1:35 am). After the first morning we planned to call animal control but when we looked it up we found there isn’t anything anyone can do. They’re basically protected. Don’t hold this against this particular house because roosters and chickens are everywhere. I really think this is something you’re going to encounter no matter where you stay.

    This property was great for our group. Each pair had their own bathroom which made it easy for everyone to get ready for adventures. Having CVS within walking distance was a great amenity.

    This is our second time staying in this lovely home, as we really liked the 3 king rooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and the privacy they provide. We also love the quiet and convenient gated community location and amenities that come with it. Whether you spend your whole time by the pool, bar hopping in Key West, or lounging on the balconies, this is the perfect "home base" to do it. Home was clean, well furnished and maintained, as pictured/described, complete with comfortable beds/bedding and fully stocked kitchen. Can't wait to return!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There were 6 of us celebrating my aunts 80th birthday. The house was clean and roomy. Enjoyed breakfast on the porch. Spent time at the pool. It's in a quiet neighborhood that provided a separation from the festivities downtown. Good restaurants close by! Would love to come back.
