About this house rental
This house is a 3 bedroom stand alone unit with 2 king bedrooms upstairs with balconies and own bathrooms and the bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and also has it's own bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa with a screen divider for privacy if needed. Pool is just across the way in the center of the complex. Propane grill on back porch. Has a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot.

Perfect place to stay for fantasy fest. The only complaint I heard all weekend was concerning the pull out sofa. Maybe a mattress topper would correct that very minor issue. Excellent host and place to stay!
