Perfect place to stay for fantasy fest. The only complaint I heard all weekend was concerning the pull out sofa. Maybe a mattress topper would correct that very minor issue. Excellent host and place to stay!

We stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration. 7 of us, including friends and family had plenty of room to hang out together or separate. We only cooked breakfast in the kitchen and the rest of the meals were eaten out, at the many great restaurants in the area! Judy was excellent with communication, responding to texts quickly and was very accommodating, when we arrived an hour earlier than check-in. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend this house!

The house was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. It was also nicely decorated with ocean/beach themes. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back porches and enjoyed swimming in the community pool. This house was a perfect size for 6 adults, with plenty of room to spread out. A nice bonus was having a wood fired pizza place and French bakery just a block away and in easy walking distance. I would definitely stay at this house again.

I stayed here with my husband, six year old son, my parents, and my husbands parents and we all fit perfectly. The house is set up with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and we all had our own space with plenty of room. My husband and my son had a ball at the pool which is just steps away from the house and it’s also right down the road from Key West. They have plenty of restaurants around if you don’t want to drive into Key West. The house had everything you needed plus more! We spent the day at the beach and we were able to use chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler from the house! Our new spot to stay anytime we want to go to Key West!

We loved our stay at Judy’s place. It’s a short drive into downtown key west. We rented a car and took Ubers, which were readily available. The house was exactly as described and so nicely decorated. Had everything you need, including plenty of towels for bath and pool. Pool was very clean and relaxing. The house feels very private with all of the landscaping. Across the street is a great brewery, coffee shop and pizza/Italian restaurant. Judy was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend to be a little outside of the heart of downtown. Would absolutely return.

We had another great experience staying here! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool just out back was convenient and refreshing. The location is quiet, which we enjoyed coming back to after evenings out on Duval. An easy 10-15 minute drive to downtown, depending on traffic. We hope to return next year! Communication with Judy was great all along the process even booking very early. She’s very accommodating. The house is very nice and has plenty of space for both rooms and sitting. Beds are pretty comfortable compared to some other rentals I’ve stayed in. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The gated community is a nice addition as well. Really happy with the stay and would look to rent again.

This is a wonderful gem of a home just outside of the hustle and bustle of Key West yet only 15 minutes from all the downtown action, restaurants, museums, etc. Judy has decorated the home with a lovely beach theme. We enjoyed cooking on the back porch grill and swimming in the community pool. Loved our stay at Casa Cay West!

The house was clean and accurate based on the description. It was a perfect setup for our family of 5. Judy was easy to work with and a pleasure. The clubhouse and pool were nice. The fitness room was on the small side but it was fine. It was walking distance to a couple of restaurants, brewery and gym. We found pickelball at higgs beach about a 15 minute drive, 5 miles. To get to downtown in the keys was also about a 15 minutes drive which was fine. We rented a golf cart which made the trip to the key west even more fun. We would stay here again next time we come back. Thank you!

My mother, cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, stocked with everything and the owner was incredibly accommodating. There is only one thing we wished for and that was a 2nd pool lock/key, just a minimal thing really. So many options of where to sit outside at night to relax and enjoy the Keys! Would definitely want to stay here again.

Aside from being a clean, comfortable place to stay with your family, I was most impressed with the tiny details that made our stay a true "home away from home"! It's more than apparent that the host really put a lot of effort into providing everything that you could need or possibly forgot to bring, making it beyond convenient to enjoy yourself. From the condiments, shampoo, beach bags, first aid kit, aluminum foil, needle and thread kit and even board games for old school entertainment, they really covered it all! As a mom traveling with teenagers, I am known to pack my entire house on trips. This is the first time I really didn't need to do that and it was comforting to know that someone put in the effort necessary to make things easier!
