This house is a 3 bedroom stand alone unit with 2 king bedrooms upstairs with balconies and own bathrooms and the bedroom downstairs has two twin beds which could be converted into a king upon request and also has it's own bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa with a screen divider for privacy if needed. Pool is just across the way in the center of the complex. Propane grill on back porch. Has a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot.
Close to the Golf Course and marina and public boat ramp - 2 miles from beaches.

Very well stocked kitchen and supplies. Bedrooms were great. Decks were a great plus. Nicely decorated. Only 10 minutes to Duval street. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing place. Close to everything you would want to do in Key West. The restaurants right near by were amazing as well. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans that were in great shape for cooking and they have a decent supply of spices. This is a no-brainer place to book.

Great easy place to stay. 5 seniors stayed here and we had plenty of room and everything we needed. Close to a walkable restaurant and 15 minutes to Duaval Street or the beach. The only thing for seniors to be aware of of his steps at the house. Bedrooms and bathrooms nice and roomy.

Judy's place was great. Plenty of space and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a huge plus! Driveable to downtown with a few restaurants in walking distance. One con was that this house backs up to Route 1, the main highway on and off Key West, so it is quite loud even from inside the bedrooms. Otherwise, this was the perfect stay!

Judy was a tremendous help and gave us recommendations on where to eat and sight see. The Welcome Book was soo handy my husband and family referenced it frequently. We had coffee on the front porch every morning and made breakfast daily. Judy had a lot of the kitchenware necessities; frying pans, baking sheets, pots, bowls etc. The only suggestion I would make is, it would be great to update the frying pans it was challenging to cook scrambled eggs and chicken. Otherwise your kitchen was fully stocked! Thank goodness bc it’s pricey to eat out everyday so we cooked several times and ate out when we wanted to check out downtown. We had a blast, her place was in a perfect location and we walked to the mini grocery stores and liquor store. We hung by the pool every day and the water was luke warm temperature, perfect!! We unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to use the Clubhouse bc our key didn’t work, by Judy’s place was so close we went back to the house. Thank you for your accommodations, plenty of beach towels plus plenty of shower towels and necessities!! Also, we rented a car but we really only needed it the first 3 days not the full 6 days, and Uber when we went out for dinner or checked downtown. We had an amazing time with my family and what a wonderful experience!! The only comment I will share is use bug spray or bracelets. I got eaten alive the last day not sure if it’s bc we went out at night. Still itching and recovering from the little flying gnats!!

The property exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable and great location. Just minutes from downtown Key West and next to a CVS. Great pizzeria as well just outside the community. Loved the secure entrance and safety of the location. Highly recommend!

Owner was great to work with and was accommodating and gracious when our initial plans were disrupted by bad weather. House was very clean. Family loved the pool area. There is a decent amount of road noise from the highway behind the house, but it didn't really bother us. Overall, would definitely rent again.

Great property, we were very comfortable and well equipped. Had a minor issue with a circuit being blown and unable to find the breaker box- host was very responsive about helping us out. Road noise at night was a little distracting when trying to sleep since property is right next to the main road.

Beautifully maintained house, perfectly suited for grandparents, son and DIL, 3 yr old grand, and a friend. 3 bedrooms with adjoining baths met needs perfectly. Convenient access to most popular attractions of Key West. Only comment is on location, road noise is quite loud for sitting out on back porch and conversing. Didn’t stay long enough to enjoy pool and clubhouse, but would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again.

We loved the house! It was very clean. Had so many things included like sheets, towels, dishes, utensils, even cleaning supplies, etc. The decor was very beachy and colorful which added to the fun, and the pool was just across the parking lot! Plus each of the 3 bedrooms had its own private ensuite bathroom and a washer and dryer in the unit. All of which were a big bonus! The location was close enough to downtown and Duval St, so it was convenient and easy to get around! The only slight negatives were that the beach towels provided were very thin and more like table runners, and the unit backed up to Rt. 1 and was a bit noisy. All in all we had a great experience and would stay there again, and would recommend it to family & friends. Thank you.

It is right next to the highway so there is considerable road noise until it dies down in the evening. It's time for new pans.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. I could not believe all of the amenities. There were three bedrooms, 3 baths (the master bedroom had a soaking tub) which I used and loved it. All you need to bring is your food. There are all condiments, utensils, pots and pans too much to list. The house was deccorated for Christmas which bags or feel more homey.

the accommodations were just what we needed, 3 separate bed and bath, one being on the first floor. The kitchen was stocked well and the host very easy to work with. The only negative was there were a few minor things that needed repair, but with guests coming in continually I'm sure it's hard to keep a property in repair. Nothing was an issue for us.
