Step inside and settle into an inviting great room where elegant, comfortable furnishings set the stage for memorable island gatherings. The spacious living and dining area is filled with natural light and framed by tranquil waterscape views, bringing a little bit of Key West magic indoors. The generous dine-in kitchen is ready for everything from morning coffee and casual breakfasts to celebratory dinners. With state-of-the-art appliances and all the tools you need, your inner chef can come out to play—or you can simply keep things easy and enjoy takeout from one of Key West's many fantastic spots.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Everyone can settle in comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 3 thoughtfully arranged bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. Two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen bed—share a hallway bathroom with a shower. A fourth queen bedroom is located adjacent to an additional bathroom with a shower.
OUTDOOR LIVING…
This is where island time really begins. Stretch out on a lounger, rinse off under the outdoor shower, or grab an icy beverage and sink into the covered outdoor seating while the water sparkles in front of you. Keep an eye out for passing wildlife and enjoy nature's ever-changing show from your own waterfront oasis. After a day of adventure, fire up the grill with your latest catch and gather around the outdoor dining table for dinner beneath the stars. With the gentle water, warm tropical air, and unmistakable Key West vibe, this is outdoor living at its very best. This is an open water home with direct boat access.
The dock can accommodate a boat up to 40 feet. The dock post is equipped with a 110 regular outlet, a 30 amp outlet, and a 50 amp outlet. The dock area includes: bumpers and cleats, a hose with fresh water, a fish-cutting table and a sink with hot and cold water.

This is a pet friendly home. Please include the size, breed and age when inquiring/booking.
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
