You are close enough to all the excitement of downtown Key West without being right on top of the nightlife.

Your perfect tropical distraction lies here at Casa De Vino, a tasteful three bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome featuring inviting indoor/outdoor living space. Comfort and function are key in this open concept living/dining and kitchen area that invites social interaction and solo relaxation for the ultimate unwinding experience in paradise. Whip up your favorite recipes for friends and family in the fully stocked and modern kitchen, then dine at your expansive dining table or sink down in the plush furnishings of the living room for hours of guiltless decompression.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This abode comfortably sleeps up to 8 people so it is ideal for a family or couples traveling together. The upstairs primary suite offers a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower and soaking tub. The first floor guest bedroom features a queen bed and enjoys a full bathroom with a tiled shower. The second floor guest bedroom offers two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. If you need space for two more guests, the home offers a queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a TV for your viewing pleasure.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
With its gated entryway and lush landscaped grounds this home boasts panoramic tropical garden pool views. The resort sized heated swimming pool invites you to soak up the sun while enjoying our island’s warm breeze. The Key West Golf Course is just a stone’s throw away. For the boaters out there, Casa de Vino is also centrally located to 3 different marinas.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

Coral Hammock HOA-Rules & Regulations:
· No boats, trailers, wave runners, motor homes, campers and/or buses allowed on site. (You must make other arrangements in advance at a local marina, etc)
· Vehicles may park only in designated parking spaces and may not park in the following areas of the association property: designated “fire lanes” or driveways.
· Boats, buses, campers, trailers, motor homes, recreation vehicles, mobile homes and commercial vehicles shall not be parked on the association property.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited Key West for Spring Break and were delighted with this property. The unit is spacious, the beds are comfortable and everything works as it should. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed breakfasts in before making our way to daily outings. The location is very good. There are a number of restaurants within half a mile. The coffee and pastries at Croissants de France were so good that we walked there every day!This property is wonderful and we hope to return.

    This townhouse is perfect for a vacation with family or friends with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms walk out onto upper back balcony with seating. Main level bedroom and living room walk onto lower back porch with a large gas grill and nice table with 6 chairs. The community swimming pool is steps away but buffered from view by beautiful landscaping. The pool was clean and well maintained. Pool towels in unit. There is also a front porch with 4 chairs. Property felt recently renovated with bright bedrooms and a great kitchen with all you need from cutting boards, pots/pans, knives, toaster, blender, regular coffee pot & a Keurig coffee maker. We also walked to Roostica across the street for great Italian food & pizza. There is a deli and a delicious French bakery as well. The Docks restaurant is about a mile away and had fantastic seafood dishes.We loved the location just outside Key West! Quiet at night with an easy 15 - 20 minute drive to Smathers beach (free parking), Ft Zachary Taylor state park beach (per car fee for the day), Mallory Square (7/hr parking), or central Duval Street (6/hr at fire dept lot). No trouble finding parking any time of day during our stay the last week in March/first week of April. Publix and Winn-Dixie are close by. The property host was very responsive. Ran out of gas for the grill, sent him a text, and he had a new tank hooked up in less than 20 minutes! Great vacation property!

    Overall, we were very satisfied with this VRBO experience. The property was very clean, check-in/out procedures clear and concise, and the property manager was attentive to our needs and requests. Bottom line, I would feel comfortable booking this home again should the occasion arise.

    Nice condo on Stock Island about 15 minute drive from downtown Key West. Very clean, plenty of room. All bathrooms updated with plenty of hot water. Unit is close to the pool and pool area is nicely landscaped. Mattresses are ok but beds could use softer pillows. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Would recommend this rental.
