Living Area: New queen sleeper sofa and club chair, and a large flat-screen TV.
Sleeping: Private tiled bedroom with a high-end Queen Serta mattress and 26” TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a 4-burner stovetop, oven, and all the essentials.
Bathroom: Tub/shower combo and updated vanity.
Location: 4th floor (Top Floor) – Directly Oceanfront.
Note: To keep our space pristine for all guests, we are a pet-free property. Primary renter must be 21+. There is elevator access.

This place was perfect. Every morning, we watched the sun come up over the ocean and then took a long walk on the beach. There's a great seafood market not far down the road, and we made delicious meals, starring flounder, crab cakes, and sea scallops. I do wish there were recycling bins for bottles and cans.

Perfect for our needs. You can't get any closer to the ocean than Beacher's Lodge. The only negative comment I have is that the hot water flow is throttled down so much thats it's hard to get a good shower. We managed anyway. We are repeat customers and plan to come back every chance we get.

The unit was airy, clean, updated and well stocked. The pool is open, clean and handicap accessible. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The views are amazing day, night, rain, shine.
