A VERY BEAUTIFUL 40-SQUARE-METER APARTMENT THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 5 OR 6 PEOPLE, FULLY RENOVATED AND FULLY EQUIPPED ON THE 3RD AND TOP FLOOR OF A SMALL PRIVATE RESIDENCE WITH SECURE ACCESS AND A RESERVED PARKING SPACE.
THE BRIGHT AND AIRY APARTMENT IS QUIET, WITH AN UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW AND NO OVERLOOKING NEIGHBORS.
LOCATED IN THE RENOWNED SAINT NICOLAS NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN, WITH ALL ITS SHOPS AND SERVICES, JUST A STONE'S THROW FROM THE OLD HARBOR, THE AQUARIUM, THE TRAIN STATION, AND THE HISTORIC DISTRICT.
THE APARTMENT:
Tile and hardwood floors in every room; the double-glazed windows are made of powder-coated aluminum with electric shutters.
The apartment consists of an entryway leading to the bathroom with toilet, a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and living room, a first bedroom, and a second bedroom on the mezzanine with a second toilet. The living room is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed.
SLEEPS 5–6:
- In the first bedroom, a large bed with a double upholstered box spring (2x80x200) and “ROYAL PALACE BEDDING” bedding—offering superior comfort and hotel-quality comfort with a 160x200 memory foam mattress.
- In the loft bedroom, a large 140x190 bed with an upholstered box spring and a high-end spring and memory foam mattress.
- In the living room, a 140x200 sofa bed.
KITCHEN:
- Separated from the living room by a zinc countertop.
- Fully equipped with a 4-burner electric cooktop, exhaust hood, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.
AMENITIES:
- High-speed fiber-optic internet with Wi-Fi is available, as well as a large 100 cm flat-screen HD digital TV.
- Washing machine, iron, and ironing board...
OTHER:
- A private parking space is reserved for you next to the residence entrance and located directly beneath the apartment’s windows.
- A locked bike storage room is available on the first floor.
- SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED (but mattress protectors, comforters, and pillows are included).
