About this apartment rental
In the heart of La Rochelle’s historic center (Rue des Merciers), in a listed half-timbered building, a fully renovated 60 m² apartment is available for rent.
Ideally located on a shopping street between the market (2-minute walk) and City Hall (1-minute walk). Right next to the Old Port, shopping streets, restaurants, movie theaters, and the aquarium.
It includes:
- 1 living/dining room with an open-concept kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, DVD player),
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed (140x190 cm) + TV,
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x190 cm),
- 1 bathroom (shower),
- separate toilet.
Wi-Fi and on-demand TV (YouTube) are available to our guests.
Minimum 3-night stay available, except in July and August when rentals are by the week.
Sheets, bath towels, and dish towels included.
Cleaning not included. Guests are welcome to clean the apartment themselves, but we also offer a cleaning service for those who prefer it.
Since there is no bike storage in the building, we have subscribed to a “Vélo-Parc” membership; one location is at Place de l’Arsenal, near the apartment (about 250 m away). For those interested, we’ll provide access cards for 4 bikes free of charge. The bike storage area is accessible only with a card, but you’ll still need to lock your bikes securely inside. The facility also has a charger for two electric bikes and a pump.
Optional services we offer:
- End-of-stay cleaning = 60 €
