Charges: electricity and gas central heating, will be billed on the basis of the consumption recorded on the meters on the day of departure.
In this period of Covid, the cleaning option at departure is mandatory and is set at 50 Euros.
This rental is also available on weekends in the off-season and outside school holidays, depending on availability and dates: the 2 nights from 180 Euros.
