For your holidays in La Rochelle, we offer a house for 4/6 people renovated in April / May 2019 located 2 steps from the city center.
Its location allows you to visit La Rochelle without using your car (5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from the old port and the Aquarium, 20 minutes from the beaches).
Bus lines and local shops within 100m.
On the ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining area (fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave,
Coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster ...)
- Lounge / dining room (TV, sofa, table 6 people).
-1 Shower room with double sink / WC.
- Laundry room with washing machine.
- Small garage for storing bicycles, stroller ...
- No outside.
Upstairs :
- 2 bedrooms with bed 140x190 (new bedding), 2 dressers and 1 bearing / room.
- Large landing with 1 office, 1 sofa bed convertible for a bed of 2 additional people.
* Possibility cot, high chair, bath seat (with a supplement of 20 euros / week).
* The accommodation is not suitable for animals.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer top Ausstattung mit allem was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Super nette Gastgeberin, die allerdings nur französisch spricht. Trotzdem klappte die Kommunikation schriftlich und auch persönlich sehr gut (ich spreche leider nur sehr wenig bis gar kein französisch). Zentrumsnah gelegen, sodass man das Auto auch gut stehen lassen kann. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!!

Un appartement calme, très propre, vraiment bien situé et parfaitement organisé (aussi pour une famille). La propriétaire était fort sympa. Nous recommandons chaleureusement!

Séjour très apprécié par toute la famille dans un logement bien équipé et propre. Proche du centre ville pour des visites sans utiliser la voiture. Très bien accueillis par les propriétaires fort sympathiques.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location.
Proprietaires adorables qui nous ont superbement bien acceilli dans une location tout confort.
Cette location est très propre et tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour, est très fonctionnelle.
Est très bien situé, proche du centre ville et au calme ce qui n est pas négligeable.
Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
