Newly renovated and located on the top floor with a large 40 m² terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake de la Sole while you have breakfast.

Each bedroom is equipped with a large 140x190 bed and a closet.
The sofa bed in the living room features a very comfortable 140x190 mattress.
You’ll have access to a parking space in a private, locked garage. Numerous parking spaces are also available in the outdoor parking lots at the bottom of the building.
The residence features a swimming pool open during the summer (July–August).
Located right in the Minimes neighborhood, you’ll be a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 15-minute walk from downtown.
For dining close to the apartment, there’s a unique pirate-themed restaurant right across from the building.

Access to the entire apartment, the residential pool, and the private garage (enclosed parking).
Housekeeping service is mandatory for hygiene reasons, as are the linens kits (sheets, towels, dish towels, and bath mats).
One linens kit per bed. The first is included. The second and third kits are subject to an additional charge. (35 euros per kit)
For families, a baby kit (crib with sheets + high chair) can be provided.
The veranda where the sofa bed is located is bright and cannot be completely darkened using the curtains.
A rental agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation. A security deposit via credit card authorization or check will be required before you check in.
