Complete accommodation of 56m² with two bedrooms, and an exterior of 16m² with a unique view along the Rompsay canal equiped of outdoor living room and outdoor dining table. Quiet and very accessible area. The accommodation also has an underground parking space.
The residence has another shared exterior as well as common vegetable gardens.
Located 15 minutes walk from the old port (down town). Two self-service bicycle terminals are located on each side of the residence. The cycle path passes in front of the residence.

A fantastic apartment to enjoy the highlights of La Rochelle. Just a short 20 minute walk into the old town, this apartment was clean, well managed and comfortable for our family of 4. Lovely large balcony area and decent sized bedrooms. Free parking outside too which was a bonus. No air con, but reasonably cool with the windows open.
A lovely stay and a great host.
