Prices was reasonable excellent management excellent property security was very good. Very helpful. In every way the owner of robbery Richard I believe he was the owner. He answered every single question I had this was my first time ever renting out of resorts. Thank you for all your help. we appreciate it and we will recommend every single person for this property

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. Quick walk across the street to Eagle Beach. We really appreciated having the pools and game room on the property. The gym also was nice if you want to get in a workout on vacation. The beach toys and chairs came in handy. Also had all the towels and kitchen supplies we needed. Easy check in and check out. One minor issue - the dryer didn’t work all that well. It took a couple of cycles to dry the laundry. It might need repair.

This is our 8th visit to Oceania and this was our least favorite spot. We love Aruba and Oceania and already have our next trip booked there. This listing had issues with the AC, which we understand happens, but felt no follow up happened after we moved in. We were told issue was fixed but as the unit was warmer than it should be that night, we were finally told it was not able to be fixed and they would add freon. We finally reached back out after we were uncomfortable and very hot sleeping, and they did move us, but the second place was worse. Smelled like someone hadn’t been in for a while and there was black mold filling the dishwasher and guest bath. The glasses were dirty and we chose not to use anything in it. Anna was very gracious with the check out. Both units had rusted trash cans, walls fixtures that were brown, and could use some tlc. We love Oceania and plan to be back to the area soon.
