PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Experience beautiful sunset views at the Seaside Paradise Two-bedroom condo. This modern condo is located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest luxury vacation rental resort on the island, and is just steps from the famous Eagle Beach of Aruba. The stunning views of the beach and the resort pool & garden can be enjoyed from its balcony complemented with a 4-seat dining table and a lounge chair.
The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a leather sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat round dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen with washer-dryer and storage facilities. The half bathroom is also located in the living area.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, walk-in closets, a chair, and access to the balcony with superb views. The primary bedroom offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with incredible views. The second bedroom also offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 1,325 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and a double-size sofa-bed.
This unit is adjacent to the Miramar Pleasure Two-bedroom condo (LV308). Ideal for larger groups that would like to be close but still have private condos, total it could sleep up to 12.
THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings. On-site, guests can enjoy a coffee shop and a spa. Prego! is a cozy coffee shop serving coffee, breakfast favorites, and delicious homemade granola plus cakes. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. This was our third stay at LeVent and it did not disappoint. The condo was very nice, well maintained and comfortable. We would recommend it.

Condo was just what we needed for our family of 5. Great location & ocean view from the balcony. We could walk to a lot of things & was nice to be able to walk to the beach. We would definitely rent it again

It’s going to be a tough review. We came directly from the Divi right on Palm Beach could not do any early check in and they had no place to store luggage or food items until 4pm on the button. The unit was Supposed to be over 1300 sq feet with two masters and 3 bathrooms. Not sure how it measured this out but I couldn’t even put my suitcase in the bedroom and the one bit larger master had toilet issues that never got resolved so the entire stay they had to use ours. We were told this is normal for this unit and owners were aware. No solution and no reimbursement. We were also told we could walk across the road and get a Palapa for free, ha no such luck they wanted $35 even after again being told by our rental place we are staying at had expressed it’s free. And no their isn’t a path to the public beach. The beach they use is for the cruise ship tourists. 5-7 buses were dropped off. Levent should keep a schedule for when the cruise ships are in port and post it for guests. It was horrendous and we had to leave. I have heard so many
fabulous stories about Eagle Beach I however picked the wrong location. Just means I will go back and stay at another location.
Smaller issues were bedsheets were put on or not put on sideways, bathroom floor was dirty can’t use the pool after 8 pm. Fire alarm going off just for showering. No place to get a cup of coffee before 8:30. Front desk didn’t seem to care.
