The veranda, extending from the living room and primary bedroom, includes outdoor seating set for two.
The open-plan living area features a TV, a 3-seat sofa bed with a double-size mattress, two additional chairs, a dining table for six, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with four barstools. A half bathroom is accessible from the entrance hallway, and an in-unit washer and dryer add to your comfort.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, built-in closets, an armchair, and direct access to the veranda, along with an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, built-in closets, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
With 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, this unit includes a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, and three cable TVs (living room and each bedroom). Located on the ground floor, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two beds and a double-size sofa bed, ideal for families or those seeking extra accessibility.
This unit is adjacent to the Diamond Garden Two-bedroom condo (LV104). Thus ideal for large groups that would like to be close but still have private condos, total it would sleep up to 12.
THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was ground level with easy access to the pool and beach. It was clean, very comfortable and had all of the necessities including beach chairs, cooler, and fully stocked kitchen. Definitely would stay here again!

We were visiting Aruba for the first time to celebrate my husband's and friend's 50th birthday. Jerry, and all of the Prestige team were top notch on customer service. The communication leading up to our stay helped to make our trip to Aruba flawless. The condo was just as described and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The property itself was beautifully landscaped and cared for daily. Jerry helped provide us with a private scuba experience, followed by eating freash caught fish by the ocean that we will never forget! An amazing week here!
