PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Casa del Sole Two-bedroom townhome is situated within the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba and just a few steps from the white-sandy shore and tranquil turquoise waters of the world-renowned Eagle Beach of Aruba. This spacious and modern 3-level luxury vacation rental offers you a back patio with a private plunge pool (up to 5ft deep), an outdoor shower, a BBQ grill, and outdoor dining table to enjoy the island weather. Additionally, you have a large private rooftop terrace with a partial ocean view completed with outdoor sofa set and a 4-seat outdoor dining table plus chaise lounges.
The living area is located on the first level with a fully equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer, a 6-seat round glass dining table, a sofa-bed with additional chairs plus a large TV, a half bathroom, and access to the backyard with a plunge pool.
Both bedrooms are located on the second level of the property. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet that connects you to the primary en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This beach house provides you with about 1,490 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space. Air Conditioning in the living area and in each bedroom, a code-lock safety box, free WiFi in the unit, and at the resort pool, 3 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) are all available for your comfort. Sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds and a sofa-bed.
THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings. This townhome was perfect for my friends and I to stay for the week. It was quiet, offered a small pool in the back yard for privacy, and anything we needed, we could get from the lobby just across the parking lot. There was ample parking for the rental car and a gated parking lot for a nice private stay. Coolers, beach floaties, and chairs were also provided. The facility was extremely clean and offered easy access to nearby restaurants, beach access and a walking path. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I loved this townhouse and the resort grounds! This townhouse included a private dipping pool, rooftop terrace and beautiful kitchen. The grounds were so beautiful, peaceful and quiet. And it was nice to be so close to Super Foods market, as we usually cooked most of our meals in the condo. I would definitely stay here again!

Our unit was great location great for beach access but sand tennis ball courts are very noisy at times til midnight. Garbage trucks picked up at 2:30am every other morning.

For the price the townhouse is okay. The floors and washrooms were not cleaned well. Walking bare foot on the floor and your feet would be black. Had an issue with the AC the last couple of days that was never addressed. The beach chairs were old and very used. Again for the price it is good, but could be better. The resort does not have assigned palapas or umbrellas on the beach so be prepared to wake up early around 6:30am to get the palapas at the beach or spend 30-50 bucks to rent..
