PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Get into the Aruba holiday spirit with friends and family at the Miramar Pleasure Two-bedroom condo. This vacation rental retreat overlooking the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba pool area and the world-famous Eagle Beach, are just a few steps away and perfect for a warm-weather trip. The balcony with seating and a 3-piece bistro set offers a great area to enjoy the beach view with your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.
The living area is provided with a large TV, a 3-seat sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is also a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your comfort in the hallway.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV, a chair, a built-in closet, and access to the balcony. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV, and direct access to the balcony. It also connects to an adjoining sleeping room that includes a double-size bed, built-in closets, and the en-suite bathroom with a shower. A door separates the two sleeping spaces, as it serves as a pass-through rather than a fully independent room.
This unit provides you with 1,440 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 4 beds and 1 double-size sofa-bed. Perfect for a family getaway or a vacation with friends, looking for additional beds in 1 unit.
This unit is adjacent to the Seaside Paradise Two-bedroom condo (LV307). Ideal for larger groups that would like to be close but still have private condos, total it could sleep up to 12.
THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings. The condo was extremely clean and nice! The dishwasher was missing, there were no thro pillows or blankets for the couch. The laundry washing machine was extremely difficult to operate and the oven never did work, even after following the instructions in the LeVent book provided.The pool needed to be cleaned but was nice!

Had a great experience at La Vent, and prestige management company! When we arrived, we were greeted and told we could check in early, as well as check out late since there wasn’t back to back rentals! Which was a huge plus given our flights in and out of Aruba! It was also beautifully quiet during our stay! Able to walk to a few places, but had to grab cabs to dinner, or excursions which wasn’t more than a 10 min wait. I would definitely stay here again!

The check in process is WAY too long. The changing of towel is not convenient as people are not always at the desk. Our dryer was broke and no one came to fix it when we were there. Definitely, need more dishes, cups etc. to make kitchen useful. One clicker did NOT work for living room TV and that was pain. Could use hooks to hang towels and more pillows. The beach chairs were rusted and all broke. Location was decent and you coulld walk to several places from there. Eagle Beach is amazing and beautiful.
