PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
You won't want to settle for a beach family holiday anywhere else after a stay at the Pearl Garden Two-bedroom condo. This ground-floor condo is located in the newest luxury vacation rental resort, LeVent Beach Resort Aruba. There is a veranda stretching across the living room and primary bedroom with luscious tropical views and easy access to the resort pool and BBQ-grill facilities. Perfect for families or travelers looking for a bit more accessibility.
The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance hallway lends access to a half bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer available.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, a chair, and access to the veranda. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and built-in closets, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 1,420 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV and three flat-screen TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) are available for your comfort. This unit is located on the ground floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and a 1 double-size sofa-bed.

Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. There is no beach view. This is a first floor condo with garden and pool view which is what we wanted.There are not many restaurants nearby only one about a block away. This made it difficult for my sister. You have to take a taxi wherever you want to go. The condo was nice, and clean. Well stocked.The beach is across the street.
