The Premium Two-bedroom condo is modern furnished, ideally for either parents with two kids or two adult couples, whereby the parents and kids or each couple will have private bedrooms. This condo has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk in closet and a full modern bathroom; a second bedroom with two attachable Full beds, built-in closets and another full modern bathroom; a living room with a comfortable full leather sofa set, a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-seat dining bar-table, a laundry (washer-dryer)/storage/facility corridor, whereas there are two full bathrooms. There is a regular balcony stretching across the living room and the master bedroom also with a spectacular ocean view. Additionally a (normal bed height) roll-away bed with pillows/linen is available free of charge and can be comfortably used in this premium condo. This unit provides you with 1,500 sq.ft. of living space. A code-lock safety box, cable TV, three high-definition flatscreen TV’s (in living room and each bedroom), a DVD player, free broadband wired and wireless internet, and an iPod compatible stereo set (bring your iPod if you have one!) is available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Palm building on the fourth floor.The facilities include three large swimming pools, a kiddy pool, a gym, a sauna, a business center, two tennis courts and a playroom. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Communication was excellent, the check-in process was smooth, and the proximity to the beach was a major highlight. We also appreciated having access to the fitness center and entertainment room.For the price, there are a few areas that could benefit from some updates. The kitchen knives were rusted and unusable, and the cutting board was quite worn and should be replaced. We also noticed blood stains on the bed sheets and had to wash them ourselves on our first night. Additionally, having a working vacuum or a broom in good condition would make a big difference. The broom provided had very few bristles left, making it impossible to sweep up sand. Since the property is so close to the beach, having a way to keep the floors clean is really essential.Overall, these are relatively minor issues, and with a few simple updates and replacements, this would be an even better place to stay. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend this property to others after those small improvements.

Excellent stay at the Oceana, Richard the host was terrific and the condo was 100% as described, and exceeded my expectations. Spot is right off eagle beach and conveniently located near great restaurants and short drives to every where else on the island. The provided beach chairs, floats were clutch and the pools and grounds were immaculate. Highly recommend for a family of 4!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for an amazing week in Aruba. Pool and beach are just a few steps out the door. Host includes beach chairs, cooler. A few very good restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car to explore the rest of the island, but we would’ve been fine without one. Pool was quiet, never had issues finding a chair at any time of day. Host was easy to reach and quick to respond. Will definitely book here again!

We love Aruba and Eagle beach. This Unit has plenty of space and everything inside you will need. The property is very nice and the location to the beach can’t be beat. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the unit. It was obvious that high touch and other areas were not cleaned properly. It appeared a surface clean was done so I just did what was needed for our needs. With a deeper clean this property could be truly wonderful. The property management was wonderful so I think if a deeper is requested they may accommodate.
