PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Alluring Beach View Two-bedroom condo is a modern vacation rental with alluring views of the beach. Situated within the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba at Eagle Beach, rated many times favorite beach in the Caribbean and of the world. The balcony stretches across the living room and the primary bedroom is completed with a 4-chairs set to relax and savor the Aruban weather.
The open-plan living room is provided with a large TV, two chairs, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), an 8-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance hallway lends access to a half bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer available.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, a chair, access to the balcony with tropical views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This condo provides you with 1,355 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, 3 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This condo is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and a double-size sofa-bed.

The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings. We had an amazing time! The property was perfectly located on Eagle Beach with Palm beach right next door. We didn't want to be in the center of the tourism so this location was perfect for us! Nice and quiet but we could walk or bike to Palm beach when we wanted. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The condo totally lived up to its description! The resort was immaculately maintained and very clean. The location could not have been better - within easy walking distance of good restaurants, the best beach on Aruba and the super market. Perhaps the highlight was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the people. Would definitely stay here again!

Orlando was an awesome host! Friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed. The property is a beautiful place for "grown ups" and never felt crowded or busy. For us, the location was ideal. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the high rises, but close enough to get there in a 5-10 min drive. 5 minute walk to a grocery store.
Eagle Beach is a 2 minute walk across the street, and on most days it was like we had an entire beach to ourselves. The only feedback I have is that it always took a while for them to clean the pool each morning. Pool hours were from 8am to 8pm, and they were usually still cleaning well after 9am.
The condo itself was well appointed, clean and spacious. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and as a place to chill after hitting the beach/pool. It took a minute to learn how to use the appliances, but we didn't really use them much. The tv in the main bedroom had a snowy pic/reception for several channels, and the bathroom's vanity light was burnt out and not replaced for our entire stay (9 days). Those were the biggest issues - so overall, it was great! I would definitely stay again.
