Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort - Emerald View Two-bedroom condo with Pool and Spectacular Ocean View, sleeps 6.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Emerald View condo brings the colors of the sea and beach inside to provide a relaxing, beachy vacation retreat. This two-bedroom condo, was upgraded with all new furniture, bedding, rugs, and window treatments in 2022 along with new paint. Local art and photos taken around Aruba adorn the walls.
It is ideally furnished to maximize sleeping capacity. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a full en-suite primary bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a built-in closet. A second full bathroom is in the hallway. There is a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer. The living room contains a queen-size sofa-bed as an optional sleeping area. The new (installed in 2024) fully equipped kitchen has 4-seat counter dining. A new refrigerator and microwave were also updated in 2023.
Additionally, there is a regular balcony stretching across the living room and the primary bedroom with a spectacular ocean view. This unit provides you with 1,500 sq. ft. of living space. A code-lock safe, two cable TVs (in the living room and primary bedroom), and free wireless internet, are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Palm building on the fourth floor. -Sleeps max 6.

This two bedroom condo, was the perfect stay for my family and I. The condo was very clean, spacious well stocked, with everything you need! Location was perfect with only a few minutes drive to downtown and other great locations. It’s also close to a supermarket and local shops. The view from the balcony was exquisite when watching the sunrise for those early risers and the sunsets never got old. Hosts thought of everything from beach towels, chairs and also had washer and dryer in the unit. The binder provided for the unit gave us a detail explanation of what Aruba has to offer including restaurants, excursions and many places to see. Would definitely stay there again!

My friend and I had a great stay at this condo. We used the balcony overlooking the pool and beach every morning for coffee and every evening for drinks. The location to Eagle Beach was fantastic! Right across the street. The beach towels and beach chairs and cooler were a nice touch and very helpful. The kitchen was modern and fully stocked with what we needed. We liked the fact the resorts was quiet and in a good location. However- there is a new all inclusive resort going up right next door. Sometimes the noise during the day outside was annoying but not too bad. We could never hear the noise inside the condo.
The beds were comfy and the bathrooms nice. The hosts were very responsive with any questions I had and recommendations I asked for. They also helped us get some groceries delivered to the condo that were waiting for us when we arrived.
The only negative- why I would give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the dryer was not working during our stay. This was not communicated to us until we got there. We had packed like we had a washer and dryer at our disposal. But we did not. They did do a load of laundry for us but it just wasn’t as convenient as throwing in your dirty/Sandy clothes and towels before you head out to dinner…..Otherwise everything was great and we would stay here again!
