- a maid service twice a week with regular replacement of bedding and towels. There is always a surplus in the cabinets. Beach towels are also provided. The bedding and towels are of good quality.

- a system of surveillance cameras outside. Your security is total
- Tennis and Squash rackets and balls are provided free of charge.

We had the opportunity of staying at 25 Le Tamier over the Christmas and New Year period together with our adult children and grandchildren. As usual, the accommodation was superb, clean and spacious. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants is ideal and all within easy walking distance. Thank you to Norbert and Lauriane for their care to detail and friendliness. Over the years, this has become our home from home and always look forward to our annual stay.

We had a wonderful time in flic en flac. Very beautiful apartment, very clean and peaceful. We did enjoy the pool a lot. We will be back for sure. Thank you to Lauriane and Norbert

"We had a nice holiday, but we have som advice and comments for future clients. We had quite a lot of problems during our stay. First, two leeks from the toilet, wich needed three visits from the plumber before fixed. Eletricity in our house was not dimentioned for the use of air condition. We were awakened by power cuts six nights (some nights several times), and also had some during daytime. Visit by electrician six times to fix several problems. Water disappeared a few times. Water dispenser worked on arrival, but was broken after service. Visit by service guy/owner three times before we got a new one. Pool was closed at leased 11 days during our 38 day stay (because the water turned green), in addition to "daily maintenance" which led to the pool being closed several hours a week. There were several smaller problems as well.
Price included maid service two times a week. Be aware that this does not mean that the house is cleaned two times a week, just that the maid comes two times (one time for cleaning, laundry etc, and the next time to fold clothes etc). After adressing the problems, we had an argument with the manager that we found to be very unreasonable and unpleasant (calling us difficult clients etc). We would recommend for future clients not to pay everything on arrival like we did, as no compensation for the problems were given.
It is possible to rent a car with the house. Be aware that this is a privat car not licensed for rentals. In case of accidents, the insurance will not be valid for clients (even though the manager might claim different). We were asked to tell the authorities that we had borrowed the car (not rented) in case of accidents or controls. It is possible to rent licensed cars (yellow plates) at several places in Flic en Flac.
Location is good, in a nice garden in a quiet area five minutes walk from the centre and a great beach".
