Cocotiers House Flic en Flac

Location is great, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, super easy to go out for dinner or drinks without having to travel far. Also very close to the beach, which was a big plus. The house itself is very big and the master bedroom was very spacious and nicely decorated. The host Michael was super friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Honestly was a great place to stay and at a very good price. Highly recommend

I had a great experience in this spacious three-bedroom apartment. Each bedroom features double beds, with the main bedroom being particularly large and equipped with a TV and a comfortable sofa. The big balcony offers a great space to relax and enjoy a drink. The location of this house is also quite convenient, as it's within walking distance of the central area of Flic en Flac, which has all the restaurants, supermarket and a beach that is only a 10-minute walk away. Overall, it is a top-notch apartment that provides great value for money. I highly recommend it and intend to return. Additionally, Michael, the host was very friendly and helpful.

The only minor drawback ( if any ) is the apartment has just one bathroom, which includes a toilet and a shower / bathtub. It’s not the most convenient setup, but it is still very manageable and does not detract from the overall experience.

Perfect for families. It’s spacious, peaceful, and very well equipped. We especially loved having our morning espresso on the balcony. The beach is within walking distance, restaurants are close by, and the host was fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Worth it 100%.
