The staff, it was clean and accessible to the supermarket
The clim does not function.
Not hot water to take bath, the guardien said that they have hot water.
The wifi does not function
The location on the google map need an update. It was not there.

I liked the balcony and view. The bed was comfortable and studio quite big.
I didn't like the mismanagement of the booking system as they were not aware of my booking i made the day before in the afternoon. They wanted me to pay the same price for a smaller place which was cheaper on the site.
The cleanliness was random. The window panes were dirty which gave a general dirty aspect when other stuff were clean.
Had to pay excess to check out later when they failed to meet the booking arrangements.
