The apartment is situated in Flic en Flac, one of the best tourist resorts of Mauritius situated on the west coast of the island. Flic en Flac has a 3-kilometre long beach- one of the longest in Mauritius- with bright sunshine throughout the year, white soft sand and a calm blue sea, safe and excellent for swimming, sailing and diving. It offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with all the facilities and nearby attractions for a memorable holiday.
About the apartment
The apartment is part of an elegant and stylish beach resort known as the Residence Beach Apartments, just a few steps away from the beach, restaurants and public transport. It is 175 square metres in size, self-catering with all indoor and outdoor facilities for up to 8 people.
Indoor facilities include:
• bedrooms: four, each with double bed, wardrobe, bed lamps, air-conditioner, balcony overlooking the garden and pool area. Sleeps up to 8.
• dining room: dining table with chairs
• lounge: sofa set, t set and DVD player
• kitchen: cooker (gas and electric), microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, iron, ironing board, etc
• bathrooms: two with hot and cold water, bath mats and 3 toilets

Both the property and Deowan as host are great. From before the booking was made, Deowan was quick to answer queries and provided much information, including arranging airport transfers (at a better rate than any I could find). He greeted us at check-in and guided us around the property and Deowan is always just a call away if you need anything or need some tips for things to see and do. He even arranged for some amazing Dholl Puri for lunch one day. The location is excellent with both beach and local restaurants a short walk away and ideal if you want to explore the island. The property and the complex are well maintained and secure, and the apartment has everything you need. The rooms are really spacious and the pictures don’t always do it justice. The pool is superb and clean and ideal for an early morning swim, an after beach cooldown, or to just laze by and cool off in during the day. Thank you – I will definitely be back.
