West Wood Holiday Apartment, C6 - Flic en Flac with pool at a quiet location, beautifully decorated and close to the beach

The location is a 15 minute walk to the beach with free parking outside. The area is pretty quiet but close enough to the lively parts as a result. Near to a supermarket for shopping, and very well equipped kitchen. Three good sized bedrooms, nice beds, lots of storage space, one room is ensuite shower room, towels and good bathroom. Shower is hot and powerful. The house has good air conditioning, a bbq, fridge freezer and a balcony (with a poor view) with outdoor seating. Living room is larger with dining table, and sofas. Well decorated

The checking in was a real pain without Internet. Before arriving they gave all the code to access the complex, directions, room number, that staff would be there for the arrival, but no lock box code for the keys so when the staff weren't there, there was no way on contacting them without walking through the local streets until I found someone's unlocked WiFi to connect to. Just give the code out before with all the other information. The check out was also very strange. We arranged to leave at 10am, which is far too early anyway as should be 11am. Then someone turned up at 940am when we were still packing and stood around waiting which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I don't really understand the purpose of this when it was already arranged to leave the keys in the lockbox and tourist tax on the table and so for customer service this place is poor. The pool in the photos looks like it's directly in front of you apartment. It's on the ground floor and we were second so it's not. It's also directly in front of other properties and the entrance so it's a bit awkward to use. I don't really think one side is a pool, it's a water feature. Finally we only got two toilet rolls for six days and three people. Had to buy more but surely for a three bedroom apartment that hosts up to six people plus cots this would be known. Oh and there is a lot of building work next door at the moment.

Everything was smooth. Antish and his team were very helpful from start to finish. The property has everything needed for a family vacation.
