Placé dans un quartier calme, le logement est bien situé : plage et commerces à proximité.
Nous avions loué pour 4 adultes et 3 enfants mais l'équipement de l'appartement est adapté pour 6 personnes donc un couchage improvisé sur le canapé non convertible. L'accès au parking privé n'a pas été possible, la télécommande ne fonctionne pas mais des places sont libres à l'extérieur en arrivant tôt.

Bellissimo appartamento, fornito di ogni comfort, nuovissimo. Ha anche una macchinetta della nespresso per un ottimo caffe che per noi italiani è fondamentale! Vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Flic en Flac e alla via principale piena di ristoranti e di negozi. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! Parcheggio privato sia interno che esterno. La piscina è condominiale.
I primi due giorni del soggiorno abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto all'interno ma poi non ha funzionato piu il telecomando per aprire il cancello. Abbiamo contattato i proprietari ma non ci hanno mai risposto. Abbiamo comunque parcheggiato nei posti esterni senza problemi ma magari una risposta ci avrebbe fatto piacere. Comunque a parte questo siamo stati benissimo!
