Other amenities just a short travel away include Harborne high street, busy with bars restaurants and clubs, Birmingham city centre - again, alive with possibilities and a local train station (Smethwick.)
The property is a a short drive to Birminghams Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham City University and Cadburys World - it's also close to all major motorways networks including the M6, M5, M40 and M42.
